Rajinikanta Laitonjam

Rajnikanta Laitonjam is a visual artist whose practice centers on Hyperrealism and close observation of everyday life. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Painting and has participated in numerous exhibitions in India and abroad, reflecting an evolving engagement with form, material, and narrative.

His professional experience includes work in animation and collaborative art projects that span painting, fiberglass, stained glass, mosaic, and metal. His works have been shown in exhibitions and art camps organized by various academies and foundations, representing a sustained engagement with the broader art community.

Rajnikanta’s work often examines human experience, identity, and visual storytelling rooted in lived reality. His paintings are part of institutional and private collections, including the Museu Europeu d’Art Modern (MEAM) in Barcelona, and private collections in New York and across India.
