Harmony

The exhibition brings together local and international artists in a shared space of creativity and dialogue. Each artist works in a distinct style, ranging from figuration to abstraction, photography to illustration, yet the exhibition brings these works into relation. It highlights how diversity in expression can build bridges across cultures and perspectives.

We participated in Art All Night, one of the marquee community events in Georgetown, Washington, DC. With 15+ locations along Wisconsin Ave NW, the event featured art exhibitions, interactive workshops, cultural displays, and more.

Uplift

The exhibition celebrates art’s transformative power, reflecting the vitality and renewal of spring. Featuring works by local and international artists, it includes representational art, abstraction, and botanical inspirations.

Spring Art Walk

We participated in the Georgetown Spring Art Walk. The event is a celebration of spring, creativity, and art. It brings together over a dozen local venues showcasing a diverse range of artwork, including paintings, photography, sculpture, and mixed media pieces.

Connections

From visual manifestations born from the synthesis of modern existence’s digitization to abstract expressionism, societal commentary, and the capturing of nature’s beauty, the exhibitions underlined the beauty of diverse expressions.

Rhythmicity of the Lines and Forms
Art Exhibition. Dec 24 to Dec 30, 2023, New Delhi, India
The solo exhibition of Mohammed Suleman, titled Rhythmicity of the Lines and Forms, presented a body of paintings that explored form, movement, and symbolism, with a focus on Nandi and Ganesha. Featuring approximately 40 works, the exhibition offered viewers insight into the artist’s visual language and ongoing practice.

Collective Voices

Collective Voices displayed a range of works, from realistic paintings to thought-provoking abstracts. Within this rich and diverse tapestry of styles, some artists used geometric principles and detailed, naturalistic compositions to achieve their creative vision.

Rangrez Exhibitions

Co-founder of The Kolorbox, Priyananda Soubam was actively involved on the ground as both curator and organizer, contributing to the development of the art scene in Oman through multiple exhibitions organized by Rangrez, the cultural wing of the Indian Social Club, Oman.

Coronation

The Kolorbox artist participated in Coronation, an art exhibition organised by Sarah Gallery in Muscat. The exhibition featured works by contemporary artists from around the world—including Oman, Syria, Tunisia, India, Lebanon, Russia, the US, and the UK.

Strokes from the East

Our first exhibition, Strokes from the East, was held at the Convention Foyer of the India Habitat Centre from 28 to 30 June and created considerable buzz, with widespread media coverage. The Kolorbox received extensive coverage in major national media and attention from several art personalities.
